The technique itself has been used for more than 500 years. The artisans who fled from Al-Andalus to Morocco took their most precious treasure with them: the craft techniques and practices that contributed to the flourishing of Andalusian culture, which although it has practically disappeared from the peninsula, the technique has not been lost, since Today it is still used in Morocco.
