Ground White Pepper- Selection of Eastern Spices - Ruca

It is the ripe fruit, dried and deprived of the external part of the pericarp of the Piper nigrum; Berry of about 3 mm, with a smooth surface and white color (once husked). When split, it gives off an intense and spicy aroma. Although there are various origins, at present we only sell the one from Vietnam.
