Description

Mix of spices, condiments and additives, used as a culinary seasoning. It is not subject to any specific quality standard. We recommend its use in the dressing and preparation of:
· Snails (or other molluscs) in broth or sauce.
· Crabs (or other shellfish) in broth or sauce.

Ingredients

Salt, spices (cayenne, coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, pepper) and monosodium glutamate (≤15%).

According to the annexX or II of EU Regulation No. 1169/2011, does not contain allergenic ingredients.
