Arabic tagine to cook directly on the fire or ceramic hob, handcrafted in refractory ceramic without any type of varnish to withstand high temperatures.
The finish is rustic and somewhat coarser than the other model we have, but the use is the same, only the aesthetics change. It does not have enamel or varnish.
It works in a similar way to a pressure cooker but at a lower temperature, cooking the ingredients with their own vapours.
Typical of the Arab countries with which you can prepare exquisite dishes such as meat Tajin, chicken fish or vegetarian.
You will simply have to place the ingredients, spice it up, a little water and over low heat... you'll see how delicious it is!!!
