In this very special ceramic, traditional methods and materials are used without adding chemicals. The red colored clay is selected with the help of a sieve and shaped into a stone-dish making a simple decoration. Subsequently, it is dried and placed in a traditional wood-fired oven. This is how noodles, plates, pots, bowls and some kitchen utensils are made. The Ministry of Handicrafts has granted the Oued Laou Ceramics the quality seal of designation of origin.
