They are the healthy, ripe, clean and dried fruits of Coriandrum sativum; globose seed of yellow to dark brown color, with characteristic aroma and flavor. Plant of Euro-Asian scope, widely cultivated in Mediterranean countries. We only sell the one grown in Spain.

Description
Thecilantroboth the leaves and the seeds are used as a spice in gastronomy, which are used whole as ground, seasoning a wide variety of dishes such as salads, soups, fish and poultry stews as well as in the preparation of sausages or in mixtures of spices and preserves in vinegar among others.
