Sweet Paprika - Selection of Spices from the East - Ruca

Dry product obtained by grinding the ripe, healthy and clean fruits of Capsicum annum or Capsicum longum peppers; or part thereof. The types can be distinguished: sweet, bittersweet and spicy. There are “smoked1” varieties obtained during the drying process. When it is coarsely ground (scaly appearance), it is usually called “paprika leaf”.
